How long is a session?
A session is 50 min, starting on the hour. This is the perfect amount of time for a quick warm up with me and lifting session.
Where are you located?
Just minutes from the North Gate of Camp Far West Lake! Address will be given after form submission

We will then handle payment and scheduling together!
How do I pay you?
I accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App and Apple Pay. I prefer cash, and will cash purchases you will recieve 10% your total.
Do you track your clients progress?
When we begin together I will take measurements and walk you through a quick workout where we will see your capabilities in different areas. This will be saved and used to compare when we redo this assessment monthly.
What ages do you train?
I have trained clients ranging from the ages of 10-85! With all sorts of goals, injuries and personalities!
What if I am a complete beginner?
Beginners are my favorite to train! Over the years I have learned how to gradually ease a body into exercise! Yes, you will be sore, that is inevitable, but we will always go at the pace you need
